Credentialing, Revalidation, and other general payer account maintenance:

We will credential and manage your enrollments by working directly with the insurance payer's team to ensure the most current applications and requirements are met to make for a more streamlined approval time. We will be responsible for providing your renewed license to all payers you are enrolled with to ensure your enrollments are in good standing, and your claims are not affected. 

Eligibility:

We confirm coverage with all payers prior to claim submission, and determine whether the member’s services fall within an open eligibility span. We utilize the payers fee schedules to confirm service require a prior authorization. 

Claims: 

We are able to submit claims utilizing electronic 837 format on behalf of the provider, and alternatively by keying claims directly into the portal with portal access granted by the provider. 

Appeals: 

We work with our payer contacts and use our grievance and appeals experience to file on your behalf for reimbursement resolution.
